Collect Instore

We offer an option to collect in store on all orders. This option waives the shipping fee where applicable and you can collect it in store at your leisure. For collect in store orders please await an email update from the system notifying you that your order is ready before you come instore to collect. Failure to await this email update means that you may come instore to collect before your order is ready resulting in a delay.

Vokes Adare Homestore In-store Returns Policy

At Vokes Adare we want all our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, your product does not meet with your expectations, we will gladly exchange or give a credit note within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that you will need to return your purchase, please keep your receipt as this will speed up the transaction. Items without proof of purchase will be exchanged at current selling prices.
The above exchange policy does not apply to reduced priced items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Vokes Adare Online Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item you purchased online for whatever reason you may contact us by email at vokesdiygift@eircom.net within 14 days of receipt of goods stating the reason for return.

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, for the cost of the goods, less any delivery charge incurred. Please note the cost of returning the unwanted goods is at your expense. Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labeling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund.
